Instead of bragging about your business and its achievements, you start explaining how your business offers solutions to your customers' problems. This positions your business as the answer they've been looking for, grabbing their attention and showing its value.

Don't get me wrong, there's still a time and place to talk about how great your business is, but only after your customers understand why they need it in their lives.
