When we build with delight, we’re creating something that satisfies the needs of our customers more than the bottom-line of our business. Unsurprisingly, satisfying our customers’ needs is one of the best things we can do for the bottom-line of our business.

Delight is what gives your customers a reason to return. Serving as a way to go above their expectations and what makes them want to tell others.

When you build with delight, value is inherently built into the experience. And when a customer gets value out of the experience, they’re more likely to seek that experience out again.

Get enough people delighted by an experience, and you’re on your way towards building a more valuable brand.
