You earn it by constantly showing up and being generous. Giving without the expectation of getting. Sharing something of value again and again. Saying, ‘I made this for you, I think you’ll like it.’
It’s not a trick. You’re not trying to fool anybody. You’re building trust. Helping the people you seek to serve take that first step.
